Eye Trax handles programming each cellular security camera to ensure Eye Trax is providing the correct cellular service for the user’s deployment location. The End User is not required to obtain cellular service for our outdoor wireless security camera, nor perform any configuration once the camera arrives. When contacted, our technical sales team will determine which cellular provider would be the best for the User’s deployment location by mapping the deploy location with every provider available. Eye Trax will program the cellular security camera for the deployment location and with the provider who offers the highest bandwidth and best coverage in the area. For a low fee of only $80 per month, Eye Trax will provide unlimited picture data transmission, unlimited storage on our cloud based servers and unlimited use of our online software with email & text notifications. There is no contract for this service, simply pay month to month and start and stop at any time. The monthly service fee will be reduced if you have multiple cameras regardless of their locations.

Upon contacting Eye Trax through our request quote or contact page, our sales team will quickly create a custom quote based on the type and quantity of wireless outdoor security camera system requested. While entering information into the web fields, be sure to include a physical address or GPS coordinates for the proposed construction camera deployment location so that our technical sales team can verify coverage from one of our many providers in that location. If your security or surveillance needs are only for a short duration (14 months or less) be sure to ask for rental pricing which provides a single monthly fee including the monthly service to the outdoor webcam.

Our outdoor wireless security cameras ship within 48 hours of purchase unless modifications must be performed or if shipping outside the US.

The Purchaser will be emailed the User Name and Password for the construction camera control software along with tracking information of the shipment. The User Name and Password assigned to the Purchaser is given administrative rights to the software and can create new Users and Administrators once logged into the account.
